First, let me say that when I first met Kathy I literally said, "Hello" and walked (more like stormed) out of the house. I left my husband behind to talk and negotiate with ONE MORE REALTOR. We were now on our 3rd in 18 months. I was beyond frustrated with the process and the lack of personal integrity with the realtors I had encountered in the past. I wanted NOTHING to do with yet another one... Well, that said, Kathy impressed my husband and we gave her the listing to see what she could do. Not only did she bring a host of new potential clients right away, she would personally screen them to ensure we weren't just opening our house to unqualified clients who were more curious that serious. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. Long story short, she sold our house and helped find us a new one. Now on the buying end, she could have just nudged us along to something that would have been "just fine", but she knew we wanted to find the right 10+ year home for us. We saw house after house after house and some were great, but just not in the right neighborhood and others were just OK in the right neighborhood, but we didn't want, "just OK", we wanted the RIGHT house for us. THEN... she helped us to ask ALL of the right questions. Several expensive repairs could have very easily been overlooked by our zealous enthusiasm for the house and neighborhood, but Kathy made sure to ground us so when the "you finally found the right house" luster wore off and it was time to go to contract. She protected our interests every step of the way. She ensured we wouldn't be on the hook for costly oversights. Her experience really paid off. We loved working with Kathy and always felt that she had our very best interests at heart. Her personal and professional integrity is unrivaled and unwavering. I think you can tell by now that I would HIGHLY recommend Kathy. She grew to become part of our family.
